Biography

Dr. Mattia was born and raised in the Philadelphia region. He attended LaSalle College High School in Montgomery County for high school and graduated from the University of Delaware with his undergraduate degree. He received his Podiatric Medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He did 2 years of residency training rotating through the North Philadelphia Health System and through Delaware Valley Medical Center and it’s affiliate hospitals.

 

       Dr. Mattia is a board certified surgeon by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He has been practicing Podiatry in Bucks County since the completion of his residency in 1999. He opened his own Podiatric Medical Office in 2006. He is currently a member of the medical staff at Jefferson Health (Bucks campus) and Saint Mary Medical Center (Trinity Health). 

       

Most recently, Dr. Mattia has been recognized as the “Best Podiatrist in Bucks” in 2020, 2021, and 2022 through the contest run by the Bucks County Courier Times.

       When Dr. Mattia is not caring for the feet of Bucks County’s residents, he is spending time with his wife, daughter, and 2 sons. He is also an avid fan of all of the Philadelphia sports teams.
